Four capabilities
One connected process

At the Saveh complex, distillation, sweetening, blending and lubricant production connect petroleum feedstocks to finished products.

Distillation & fractionation

Continuous and batch towers separate petroleum cuts by boiling-point difference. Feedstocks include gas condensate, solvents, kerosene and other petroleum products.

Continuous distillation

500 t/day

One continuous tower with PLC control of temperature, pressure and distillation range.

Batch distillation

120 t/day

Two batch towers complement the continuous distillation unit.

Capacities are catalogue figures, not a statement of current output or available stock.

Sweetening & improvement

Oxidative desulfurization (ODS) removes or reduces undesirable sulfur compounds. The system includes wastewater management and odor-emission control measures.

  • Gas condensate, gasoil and Solvent 503 are among the listed feedstocks.
  • The catalogue states a minimum capacity of 500 tonnes per day.
  • Mixing and circulation equipment supports simultaneous treatment across the tanks.

Blending to specification

Controlled combinations of petroleum and chemical feedstocks create light and heavy products with the required technical properties. Formulation, real-time quality control and feedstock flexibility guide the process.

Light hydrocarbons

1,000 t/day

Heavy hydrocarbons

1,000 t/day

Capacities are catalogue figures, not a statement of current output or available stock.

Lubricant production

Motor oils, industrial oils, grease and antifreeze are produced using domestic and imported base oils and additives. The line includes mixers, a six-nozzle motor-oil filling machine, and container and drum filling equipment.
