The quality control unit checks petroleum and lubricant products against defined technical specifications. Its scope covers both incoming feedstock and finished products.
Instruments and recognized test methods
The laboratory uses standardized analytical instruments and internationally recognized test methods. Its management and operating staff have completed specialized training through Iran’s National Standard Organization.
The tests described in the catalogue include distillation range, flash point, sulfur content and mercaptan content.
Research that supports improvement
The R&D unit works on improving production processes, enhancing product quality and developing new technical solutions in petroleum processing. Its activities include new formulations, laboratory studies and pilot-scale production trials.
Resources for product development
